MagicBlocks consists of the following main menu:

Dashboard: In the Dashboard, get an overview of your AI Agents' performance, see sessions, new leads, and key metrics and goals at a glance.

Agents: The Agents is your building hub. Set up your AI Agents and customize their conversations flows here.

Knowledge: This is the AI Agents' brain. Add knowledge like articles, Q&As, and website so your AI can answer questions accurately.

Channels: Integrate MagicBlocks with different communication channels, personalise chat appearance, and set up your Email integration here.

Library: Access various utilities to enhance your AI agent’s capabilities, here you can set up functions, connect with third party plugins like Calendly and Zapier, also set up connection with Webhook.

Sessions: Monitor past conversations with users to analyze interactions and improve AI responses.

Leads: The hub for managing all leads who interact with your AI agents. It allows you to view, sort, and qualify leads effectively.
