Import & Send

The Import & Send feature lets you bring external leads into MagicBlocks and contact them directly — all in one place.

You can upload lead lists (via CSV), assign them to specific Agents or campaigns, and trigger follow-up messages such as emails, SMS, or chat re-engagements.

It’s the perfect way to re-engage old prospects, run campaigns, or centralize leads captured outside your AI conversations.

Why It Matters

Your sales process doesn’t stop at chat.

Many businesses collect leads through multiple channels — ads, forms, or external CRMs.
With Import & Send, you can bring all those leads into MagicBlocks and let your AI handle outreach automatically or semi-manually.

This means:

  • No more switching tools to follow up
  • Unified lead management across all campaigns
  • Smarter reactivation and upsell workflows
  • You’re turning every list into an opportunity to reconnect.

When to Use

You’ll use Import & Send when you want to:

  • Upload leads from another platform (Google Sheets, HubSpot, Airtable, etc.)
  • Send a follow-up campaign to past or cold leads
  • Notify contacts about new offers or updates
  • Re-engage users who interacted with your AI before
  • Test messaging sequences before syncing with a CRM

How It Works

Step 1: Prepare Your File

Create a CSV file with the following columns:

name, email, phone, tags, source, notes

You can include additional columns like goal or status if needed.

💡 Tip: Make sure your headers are clear and consistent — they’ll automatically map during import.

Step 2: Import to MagicBlocks

Go to Leads → Import & Send.

Click Upload File or drag and drop your CSV.

Review the column mapping to ensure all fields match correctly.

Add optional Tags or select a Campaign to categorize the leads.

Click Import to complete the upload.

Once uploaded, your leads appear in the Leads list instantly, ready for segmentation or follow-up.

Step 3: Send Follow-Up Messages

After importing, you can immediately send messages to your new leads.

Select the leads you want to contact.

Choose Send Message and select the channel:

Email (via your connected Gmail or SMTP integration)

SMS (via Twilio or connected provider)

AI Chat Re-engagement (to restart conversations)

Draft your message using Dynamic Tokens like {{name}} or {{goal}}.

Preview and send — or schedule for later.
