Handovers (Lead Transfer) allow you to automatically send lead data from MagicBlocks into your preferred systems — such as CRMs (HighLevel, Hubspot), email, or via webhooks (Zapier), based on conversation goals or session end triggers.

Think of it as your AI agent’s way of saying, “Hey, this one’s ready for human follow-up.”

What It Does

Handovers automate the process of pushing qualified or contactable sessions into your external systems when a defined event occurs, for example, when a lead books a meeting or finishes a conversation.

MagicBlocks supports multiple handover types so you can:

  • Send different data for each goal (e.g. Meeting booked, Follow-up needed, Lead captured)
  • Trigger handovers at session end for all users who meet your criteria
  • Route leads via email, HighLevel, HubSpot, or webhook integrations
