Changelog
MagicBlocks v3.7 - July 20, 2026

See what’s new in MagicBlocks and the improvements we’ve made to make it more powerful, flexible, and reliable. 🚀

🚀 New Features

Email Channel

MagicBlocks now supports Email as an Agent communication channel. Teams can manage inbound and outbound email conversations as Sessions, collect Contact details and Key Facts, and keep email history connected with other Agent channels.

SMS Consent Management System

MagicBlocks now includes a new SMS Consent Management System to help teams manage who they can message, what type of SMS they can send, and when outbound messages should be blocked. Consent can now be captured, updated, checked before campaigns, and reviewed across Contacts, imports, APIs, Campaigns, and integrations.
⚠️Contacts without valid PEWC (Express Written Consent) are currently treated as if consent is granted. Starting August 3, 2026, outbound SMS campaigns will only send to contacts with valid PEWC.

🛠️ Improvements

Conditional First AI Message Generation

The first AI message is now generated only when the visitor opens the chat or when a valid proactive message is due to appear, helping avoid unnecessary AI usage and proactive billing.

Proactive AI Messages Usage Visibility

Teams can now track Proactive AI Messages (Web Chat) usage on the Dashboard and Credits page, with clearer sent, billable, and usage labels.

Conversation Safeguards — 200 User Message Limit

MagicBlocks now automatically ends unusually long or looping conversations at 200 user messages and puts the Contact into a temporary cooldown. This helps prevent spam, AI loops, and unnecessary usage costs.

  • Applies across Chat, SMS, Email, API, and other approved channels
  • Helps protect workspace limits and AI usage

Conversation Safeguards — Duplicate Message Loop Protection

MagicBlocks now stops the Agent when the same user message is repeated 5 times in a row, helping prevent spam loops and unnecessary AI replies.

SMS — Channel-Specific Inbound Message Batching

SMS now lets teams set a reply delay for inbound messages. When a user sends several SMS messages in a row, the Agent waits until the configured time after the latest message before responding, so it can reply once with better context instead of answering each message separately.

Relcu — Implied SMS Consent

Relcu-created or updated contacts can now receive implied SMS consent automatically based on customer engagement, keeping messaging behavior aligned with the latest consent status.

Billing & Usage Protection

MagicBlocks now adds stronger usage protection for public chat and customer-facing API traffic, helping prevent abuse, unexpected spikes, and unnecessary AI usage costs.

Terms & Privacy Update

MagicBlocks now requires users to accept the new Terms & Conditions v2 · Last Updated: 12 May 2026 to continue using MagicBlocks.

Session Timeline — Cleaner Contact Update Activity

Session timelines now show one clear Contact details updated event when customer information changes, removing the older duplicate activity.

Help & Modal Experience — Rosie Icon Placement

The Rosie help icon placement has been adjusted to avoid covering modal buttons and scrollable content.

See what’s new in MagicBlocks and the improvements we’ve made to make it more powerful, flexible, and reliable. 🚀

🚀 New Features

AI Models — More Reliable, Up-to-Date Model Options

MagicBlocks now uses a cleaner set of supported AI models, removing outdated options and aligning the default model with the latest recommended configuration. This helps Agents, Knowledge, and Chat deliver more consistent responses while reducing the risk of teams building on deprecated models.

  • Supported model options: keep AI experiences aligned with currently supported models
  • Cleaner setup: reduces confusion from outdated model choices
  • More reliable AI workflows: improves consistency across Agent, Knowledge, and Chat

Relcu — CRM Messaging Settings

Relcu CRM Messaging Settings give mortgage teams clearer control over when AI responds, when it waits, and when a Loan Officer takes over. Teams can delay the AI’s first reply, batch rapid inbound SMS messages, pause AI when a human sends an outbound text, and decide whether AI should keep assisting after handover.

  • First reply delay: give Loan Officers time to respond before AI replies
  • Inbound SMS batching: combine multiple customer SMS messages into one cleaner AI response
  • Human takeover control: prevent AI and humans from replying at the same time
  • Loan Officer number control: decide whether AI can continue using the Loan Officer number after the Handover Human goal is completed

Relcu — Beeline Proxy

MagicBlocks now supports routing Beeline Relcu communication through Beeline’s dedicated proxy. This improves compatibility for Beeline-specific Relcu flows while keeping other Relcu workspaces on the existing connection path.

🛠️ Improvements

Knowledge — Improved Import Coverage

Knowledge imports now capture more useful imported content and reduce cases where valid knowledge is skipped unexpectedly from any source.

  • Higher similarity threshold: raised from 0.7 to 0.9 to reduce duplicate content being ignored during imports
  • Shorter content support: lowered minimum content length from 100 to 50 characters so shorter entries can be imported
  • Faster processing: improved knowledge processing/indexing speed so uploaded content becomes available more reliably

LeadConnector — Naming Update

Customer-facing GoHighLevel references were renamed to LeadConnector across integration screens, labels, help text, and related messages. This is a QA naming and branding cleanup only; no CRM workflow behavior changed.

🛠️ Fixed

Agent

  • Key Facts collection: fixed Agents re-asking for details already provided in the same user message
  • Custom Freeform Key Facts: fixed values being skipped or collected incorrectly
  • Key Fact validation: fixed invalid or missing values being treated as successfully collected

Relcu

  • Contact handover: fixed errors that could prevent contacts from syncing successfully during handoff
  • Human barge behavior: fixed human barge applying outside leads using the SMS assistant
  • Knowledge enrichment: fixed assigned user names and contact details being missing from Relcu knowledge context

MagicBlocks v3.5 - June 11, 2026

See what’s new in MagicBlocks and the improvements we’ve made to make it more powerful, flexible, and reliable. 🚀

🚀 New Features

Agent Follow-Up — Configurable follow-ups with Block switching and controlled Channel routing

Previously, when a conversation went quiet, teams had to rely on manual check-ins or custom workarounds to restart the thread—making it easy for important leads and support requests to slip through. MagicBlocks now supports automatic follow-ups based on configurable timing rules, using the last user message to detect inactivity (and resetting the timer when the user replies). You can route the follow-up back into the same channel/thread, switch the conversation to a different Journey Block, and (when enabled) switch channels in a controlled way—including switching within the same channel type (e.g., SMS → SMS, Chat → Chat) or switching to SMS.

This helps teams reduce dropped conversations while keeping follow-up routing consistent and compliant.

  • Follow-ups trigger from the last user message (user messages only) and reset on new user replies
  • Deliver follow-ups into the same channel or into a configured destination (escalation)
  • Optionally switch the next Journey Block, and enable Switch Channel only when you need it

Templates — Share templates across workspaces

Previously, templates were tied to a single workspace, making it hard to reuse proven setups across environments or accounts. MagicBlocks now supports sharing templates across workspaces so teams can standardize agent configurations, collaborate more easily, and roll out updates faster—especially when moving from staging to production.

  • Share a template to one or multiple workspaces you can edit
  • Set the Agent name for the new workspace during sharing
  • Creates one Agent per selected workspace immediately

Relcu — Callable Hours Enforcement (with automatic queuing)

Previously, outbound SMS could be sent immediately—even when it should have waited for your Relcu callable-hours window—creating avoidable compliance risk and inconsistent customer experience. MagicBlocks now checks callable hours before sending outbound SMS; if it’s outside the allowed window, the message is automatically queued and sent at the next available start time. This helps teams stay compliant by default while still ensuring important outbound messages go out as soon as they’re allowed.

  • Outbound messages respect Callable Hours automatically
  • Messages queued outside the window are retried when callable hours start
  • Replies to inbound/active conversations can still be delivered even outside callable hours when appropriate

Relcu — Human “Barge” Automatically Pauses the AI on Outbound SMS

Previously, a human could start texting a lead in Relcu while the AI agent remained active—risking duplicated replies, mixed messaging, and a confusing handoff experience. With Human Barge, MagicBlocks now automatically disables the agent for that conversation when a Relcu user sends an outbound SMS to a lead that currently has an active agent. The result is a cleaner, safer handoff where customers hear one clear voice at a time.

  • Detects human outbound SMS activity on agent-active leads
  • Automatically pauses the AI for that lead/conversation
  • Prevents accidental double-sending and conflicting responses

SMS — Delivery Failure Reasons Logged & Visible in Conversations

Previously, when an SMS failed (bad number, carrier error, opted out, etc.), it was difficult to understand why—often forcing teams to rely on guesswork or external troubleshooting. MagicBlocks now captures delivery failure reasons for Relcu and Twilio sends and displays them directly in session/message logs. This makes it easier to diagnose issues quickly, reduce repeated failures, and keep outreach lists clean.

  • Failure reasons are stored and shown alongside messages
  • Enables faster troubleshooting and better operator decisions
  • Helps prevent repeated sends to invalid numbers over time

🛠️ Improvements

Agent (Opt-Out) — Optional Opt-Out Reply Message

Previously, opt-out confirmations could be required in a way that blocked publishing or caused unwanted replies during unsubscribe flows. You can now control this with an Opt-Out Message toggle (OFF by default): when off, Agents can publish without opt-out message errors and won’t reply to opt-out messages; when on, you can select or customize the opt-out reply.

Campaigns — Default to “Run Agent AI” for outbound workflows

Outbound campaigns now open to Run Agent AI by default (instead of Upload Contacts), reducing extra clicks and making the next step clearer when launching an AI-driven send.

Templates — Update Existing Templates (instead of recreating them)

Templates can now be updated in place, so teams can keep a single, up-to-date source of truth instead of recreating and re-sharing multiple versions.

Human Takeover (Slack) — Clearer, Safer Slack Disconnect

Disconnecting Slack now includes clearer confirmation and guidance, helping operators avoid accidentally interrupting active Human Takeover sessions.

Human Takeover (Slack) — Clearer “How to find Channel ID” guidance

Human Takeover setup now includes clearer guidance for finding a Slack Channel ID, reducing setup friction and helping teams go live faster.

Worked Leads — More accurate counting when opt-outs happen early

Worked leads are no longer counted when an opt-out happens in the first or second message, using the Agent’s opt-out action (and contact opt-out status) as the source of truth. This makes worked-lead reporting more trustworthy.

🛠️ Fixed

Agent

  • Fixed paused/unpublished agents still starting new sessions and responding on channels—so teams can safely pause agents during incidents or maintenance without unexpected customer replies.
  • Fixed Save/Publish intermittently failing in the Agent Builder, which previously forced page refreshes and caused lost momentum while editing.
  • Fixed cases where Agent Builder changes appeared saved but were lost after reloading the page.
  • Fixed Block settings sometimes showing data from a previously selected Block when switching between Blocks, reducing configuration mistakes in multi-block agents.
  • Fixed newly created Snippets, Goals, and Tasks not appearing immediately without a page reload, so builders can continue configuring without interruptions.
  • Fixed Jobs To Do counts not updating immediately after removing Key Facts.

Human Takeover (Slack)

  • Fixed Slack connections auto-disconnecting and breaking Human Takeover flows (message transfer, switch-back to AI, and reliability during live conversations).
  • Fixed Slack disconnect being blocked due to incorrectly detected “active sessions,” allowing operators to manage connections without getting stuck.
  • Fixed Slack connections dropping due to cross-workspace connection conflicts when the same Slack workspace was used across environments.

SMS & Consent

  • Fixed SMS messages displaying raw markdown/checklist formatting, so AI responses render as readable, SMS-friendly text.
  • Fixed SMS conversations linking to the wrong contact due to phone-number normalization mismatches (especially with country codes), ensuring conversations attach to the correct contact record.
  • Fixed opted-out contacts still being able to receive outbound messages via API in some cases, improving compliance enforcement.
  • Fixed chat-provided phone numbers not reliably influencing consent status, preventing contacts from being incorrectly treated as “No Consent.”

Contacts

  • Fixed contact session history showing only the first 20 sessions even when more existed, restoring full visibility into customer history.
  • Fixed Contact Details “Refresh” not reliably fetching the latest data, reducing the need for full browser reloads.
  • Fixed phone search failing when the query included a country code across Contacts/Campaigns/Segments.
  • Fixed phone filtering (e.g., “starts with”) returning incorrect results, including contacts without phone numbers.
  • Fixed requiring a country code when manually adding or editing phone numbers, preventing invalid/ambiguous contact data.
  • Fixed Contact API ignoring emailType/phoneType and defaulting to “other,” improving accuracy for downstream workflows.
  • Fixed small mismatches between Contacts counts and “New Contacts” metrics when filters are applied, improving trust in reporting.

Sessions & Forms

  • Fixed Sessions export UI not clearly enforcing the 90‑day window (and overlapping modal behavior), making exports more predictable and preventing confusion about missing data.
  • Fixed updated Forms not loading correctly in Live Chat in some cases.
  • Fixed Agents using an older Form version after a Form was updated and published, so customers always see the latest published fields.

Integrations

  • Fixed Calendly links returning internal API URLs instead of customer-friendly public booking links.
  • Fixed bulk delete controls missing for Webhooks and API Tokens, restoring expected admin workflows.

Dashboard & UI

  • Fixed Dashboard showing incorrect contact subscription status (Subscribed/Unsubscribed).
  • Fixed Contact Activity & Notes empty states appearing with incorrect styling, improving UI clarity.
  • Fixed onboarding being skipped when re-signing up with a previously removed email.
  • Fixed dark mode UI issues on logout/auth screens.

MagicBlocks v3.4

See what’s new in MagicBlocks and the improvements we’ve made to make it more powerful and reliable. 🚀

Improvements

Sessions — Advanced Filters

Upgraded Sessions filtering from a basic “field + value” filter to Advanced Filters, letting teams build complex queries with multiple conditions, groups, and AND/OR logic to quickly narrow down conversations.

Sessions — Export Sessions: Date Range (90-day limit)

Export Sessions now supports selecting a date range, with a 90-day maximum window (based on Session Start At) to protect system performance and prevent heavy, CPU-intensive export queries.

Relcu — Use MagicBlocks opt-out

Updated the Relcu integration to follow MagicBlocks opt-out rules (instead of contact-level opt-out), ensuring messaging and compliance behavior matches your workspace-wide preferences.

Contacts — Phone number country code

Previously, contact phone numbers did not include a dedicated country code field, so country codes were often missing. We’ve now added a country code field and save it alongside phone numbers to improve normalization and increase outbound SMS delivery success—especially for international contacts.

Contacts — Edit Phone Number and Email

Added a clearer edit (pencil) icon for Email & Phone fields so it’s obvious how to edit these values and what will be updated.

Contacts — No Consent status guidance

Clarified what No Consent means and surfaced clearer guidance before sending outbound messages, so teams understand the potential compliance risk and confirm intent before proceeding.

Campaign - No Consent

Allow sending outbound messages to No Consent contacts (with clear compliance controls and warnings).

New Features

Human Takeover — Chat Channel (Slack)

Enable instant Human Takeover for live Chat widget conversations via Slack.

  • Take over with 1 action — AI stops responding immediately to prevent overlap and transfers the conversation to the integrated Slack channel.
  • Reply in Slack — messages sync back to the Chat widget in real time (with clear attribution).
  • Support Switch to AI (AI re-engages with full context) and End Chat behavior.
  • Support does not transfer outside staff availability hours, then transfers again during working hours.

Availability

Define working hours, holidays, and reusable availability profiles so Human Takeover and other time-based actions run only when your team is actually available.

Pricing 2026

Introduced the new 2026 pricing model focused on predictable billing and outcome-based usage. Plans (what they mean):

Core: For smaller teams getting started with consistent lead engagement. Billing modes (choose one): Flat Monthly or Per Message

Scale: For growing teams needing higher included volume and lower unit costs. Billing modes (choose one): Flat Monthly or Per Message

Enterprise: For high-volume operators with custom terms and higher limits. Billing modes (choose one): Flat Monthly or Per Message

Billing modes (Core/Scale/Enterprise)

Flat Monthly (recommended for new workspace)

  • Includes a monthly quota for Worked Leads, Non-Lead Web Chats, and Inactive Lead Outreach (Core/Scale/Enterprise).
  • When usage exceeds the included quota, overage charges apply at the plan’s overage rates and are deducted from credits.

Per Message: Available by request (contact MagicBlocks to enable)

  • Billed per AI message sent at the plan’s per-message rate (Core/Scale/Enterprise).
  • A monthly minimum (floor) applies: if usage is below the floor, the floor still applies; if usage exceeds the floor, charges are (message count × rate).

Wholesale: Available by request (contact MagicBlocks to enable). For platform partners (CRMs, lead-gen platforms). All end-client usage rolls up to a single master account (not available to direct end-customers). Choose one billing model (not charged under both).

  • Option A — Pay Per Message: $0.015 / message (no minimum, no cap)
  • Option B — Per Unit (25% off Enterprise)

Additional workspaces: $10 / workspace / month (first workspace included).

Legacy workspaces: Existing workspaces on legacy plans remain grandfathered. Legacy plans bill under their existing legacy pricing, and feature restrictions are removed. Migrate to Pricing 2026 to move to the new Flat Monthly outcome-based model.

Improvements

Export sessions from All Conversations that match the current filters/search.

  • Export as a single CSV (sessions list)
  • Optionally include conversation messages as a ZIP:
    • Includes 1 total sessions CSV (metadata/manifest)
    • Includes per-session CSV files

Sales Playbook — Improve Character Count View

Improved the Sales Playbook editor character count: clearer placement and styling to reduce confusion and prevent showing internal (Rosie) icons in production.

Channel Handler Queues

Add multiple queues for sending high-volume messages without blocking other requests — Channel Handler now processes sends through multiple queues.

Fixed

Agent

  • Fixed “All Key Facts Found” to evaluate only the key facts actually asked on the executed condition path — so conditional fields no longer block downstream actions.
  • Fixed an issue where publishing a template agent required selecting a Sales Playbook, even when no Sales Playbook was needed to publish an agent.
  • Fixed Agent Starter questions not working.
  • Fixed Save/Publish action working improperly.
  • Fixed drag/drop issues for Block Key Facts.

Workspaces

  • Fixed Profile account missing on Analyst’s workspace.

Contact Default Naming Improvement

Contacts without a name are now displayed in a consistent and safe format.

  • Unnamed contacts appear as Anonymous-XXXXXX.
  • This avoids empty, confusing, or inappropriate names in contact lists.
  • Existing contacts with valid names remain unchanged.

Wizard – Omnichannel Agent Generation

Agent creation via Wizard is now Omnichannel-first.

  • Agents are created ready to work across multiple channels from the start.
  • Teams spend less time reconfiguring agents after setup.
  • A single agent can support broader engagement strategies more easily.

Contact Time Zone Detection

MagicBlocks now helps teams communicate at more appropriate local times.

  • Contacts are associated with a suitable time zone whenever possible.
  • Messaging and follow-ups can better respect local hours.
  • Reduces the risk of poorly timed outreach.

  • Agents can continue learning even when parts of a website are restricted.
  • Fewer interruptions during website onboarding.
  • More consistent results when training agents from real-world sites.

MCP Server - Agent Tool Infrastructure

MagicBlocks introduces MCP Server, a foundation capability layer that allows Agents to dynamically discover and use external tools without hard-coded logic.

  • Agents can connect to MCP Servers and discover available tools at runtime.
  • Tools are managed outside the Agent, enabling flexible updates without redeploying Agents.
  • Supports scalable integrations for automation, internal systems, and enterprise use cases.
  • Improves long-term extensibility of Agents by separating reasoning (Agent Brain) from execution (tools).

MCP Server is a platform-level feature designed to power advanced Agent capabilities and future integrations.

October 2025 Release

The October release focuses on simplifying the Agent experience, improving Sales Playbook generation, and refining the workspace interface for a smoother and more powerful user journey. This update strengthens how teams build, train, and deploy AI Agents — with better rule control, clearer designs, and smarter automation.

🚀 New Features

📘 Sales Playbook – Empower Your Agents with Smarter Selling Knowledge

Magicblocks introduces a brand-new Sales Playbook Collection — a dedicated knowledge base where your Agents can learn to sell smarter, answer objections, and highlight what makes your business unique.

The Sales Playbook helps teams organize key sales insights in one place and connects directly to your AI Agents, so every response aligns with your brand story and sales strategy.

✨ What’s New:

  • New Knowledge Type: “Sales Playbook” now appears as a separate Collection under Knowledge.
You can create, edit, search, and manage Playbooks just like any other knowledge type.
  • Structured Sales Content: Each Playbook includes focused sections that train your Agent on what truly drives conversions:
    • Benefits – Reinforce product or service strengths.
    • Objection Mitigation – Handle customer doubts with confidence.
    • Product Highlights – Showcase your top selling points.
    • Social Proof – Add testimonials and success stories that build trust.
    • Pain Points – Help Agents empathize with real customer challenges.
    • Discovery Questions – Guide Agents to qualify leads naturally.
    • Emotional Drivers – Align responses with customers’ motivations.
    • Calls to Action – Encourage meaningful next steps.
  • Smart Creation:
    • You can build Playbooks manually or let the Wizard auto-generate one during the Agent setup flow.
    • When creating a new Agent through the Wizard, Magicblocks now automatically generates a Sales Playbook — using the selected Wizard template as its base.

💡 How It Works:

When linked to an Agent, the Sales Playbook enriches the Agent’s main prompt — ensuring every interaction feels persuasive, relevant, and human-like.

If no Playbook is defined at the block level, the Agent automatically falls back to its global Playbook.

🌐 Website Knowledge – Automated Sitemap Change Detection

Magicblocks now keeps your Website Knowledge Collections up to date automatically.

Every Monday of the week, the system scans your sitemap to detect new, updated, or removed pages, and notifies you right from the Knowledge dashboard.

From the new Sitemap Changes panel, you can:

  • Instantly review all detected page changes,
  • Choose which sitemaps to track and which to ignore,
  • Update selected pages with a single click and even auto-generate new Q&As when content changes.

A smart, hands-off way to keep your AI Knowledge fresh and relevant without ever manually re-syncing again.

🛠️ Improvements

🤖  Agent Simplified Behaviour – A Cleaner, Smarter Building Experience

We’ve redesigned the Agent workspace to make it more intuitive, organized, and efficient than ever.

  • Streamlined Header: The top header now features a single, simplified version dropdown — no more cluttered labels or timestamps.
  • Simplified Left Menu: The Agent menu has been reorganized for clarity
  • Try My Agent – A new quick-access space to preview and test your Agent right after creation.
  • Journey – The new home for all your Blocks and flow logic.
  • Basic & Advanced Mode Toggle: Easily switch between two modes depending on your needs:
    • Basic Mode – Focused and clean, showing only essential Agent fields.
    • Advanced Mode – Unlocks all customization and fine-tuning options. Your mode preference is remembered, and switching won’t reset any data

💡 With this redesign, Agent creation feels faster, simpler, and more human — so you can focus on building conversations, not managing settings.

🪄 Wizard – Smarter Onboarding & Quick Agent Setup

The Magicblocks Wizard experience has been redesigned to make it faster and more intuitive for new users to create their first AI Agent.

Simplified Access:

  • The Wizard now appears only for new workspaces that haven’t created their first Agent yet.
  • Once the first Agent is created, the Wizard item is hidden from the master menu; users can still access it anytime through “Create Agent → Quick Agent Setup.”

New Signup Experience:

  • New users landing on Magicblocks can instantly drop their website URL and create an AI Agent in seconds.
  • The setup process runs smoothly in Light Mode and now redirects users directly to the Agent’s “Try My Agent” tab instead of the previous Wizard Complete page.
  • Here, users can test their Agent in real-time, watch quick-start videos, or start a free onboarding session — all in one place.

Free Trial Integration:

  • When clicking Go Live, new users are invited to start a 14-day free trial of the Standard Plan.
  • The system automatically handles the countdown, trial expiry, and subscription transition — ensuring a smooth upgrade path.

🧭 Aligned Header – A Cleaner, Unified Navigation Experience

The Magicblocks top navigation just got a major cleanup. We’ve simplified how you access your workspace settings, making it easier to find what you need — without the visual clutter.

  • Removed Topbar: The old topbar (with Theme, Language, Usage, and Profile buttons) has been removed for a more focused workspace view.
  • Profile Moved to Sidebar: The profile button now lives at the top of the Main Sidebar, right where you start — easier to access, consistent with the master menu layout.
  • Smart Workspace Popup: The Theme, Language, and Usage settings now live inside the Switch Workspace popup

⚙️ Agent Rules

The Agent Rules section has been upgraded from a single long text field to a clean, structured list view, giving builders more flexibility and clarity.

  • List-Based Rules: Add each rule as a short, focused item (up to 150 characters) — easier to manage, reorder, and track.
  • Drag & Drop Reordering: Arrange rules in the exact sequence your Agent should follow, the AI now reads and executes rules in order.
  • Quick Add & Remove: Add new rules instantly with + New Rule or remove old ones with a simple confirmation — all in one click.

💼 Agent Jobs – Give Your AI a Clear To-Do List

The new Agent Jobs feature lets you define exactly what your AI should focus on. You can now create two powerful job types:

  • General Jobs – guide how your Agent acts and responds in conversations.
  • Collect Key Facts – help your Agent gather essential customer data automatically.

Reorder tasks by priority with simple drag-and-drop, and see them reflected instantly in both test and live versions.

Each job comes with a clear structure, editable content, and smart actions — so your Agents always stay aligned with your business goals.

🧠 Knowledge – Smarter Deletion Control

When deleting File or Website Knowledge, users now see a confirmation pop-up with the option to “Also delete associated Q&As.”

  • The toggle is ON by default, removing both the Knowledge item and its related Q&As.
  • Turn it OFF to delete only the Knowledge item while keeping existing Q&As.
Gives users full control when cleaning up Knowledge without losing important training data.

🏷️ UX & Label Improvements

  • Renamed “Blocks” → “Journey Blocks”
  • Renamed “Guardians” → “Guardrails
  • Auto-enabled QA Generation for Knowledge Base
  • Polished minor UI labels and feedback texts

💡 Why This Matters

This release sets the foundation for smarter, more structured AI Agents.

From auto-generated Playbooks to rule-driven Agents and simpler design, Magicblocks continues to make building and managing AI sales assistants effortless — no code, just results.

September 2025 Release

The September 2025 Release is one of the most significant updates yet, bringing smarter Agents, better data visibility, and an even smoother user experience across the platform.

From intelligent knowledge handling to global persona control and enhanced UI polish, this release focuses on clarity, customization, and control, empowering teams to build, train, and manage AI Agents more easily than ever.

🚀 New Features

📂 Google Drive Connection & Knowledge Import

Connect Google Drive to Magicblocks to import Docs, Sheets, Slides, and PDFs as knowledge sources.

Includes OAuth sign-in, file picker, and real-time import progress into the Knowledge Base.

Enables seamless AI training from your existing Drive content without manual uploads.

🎯 Agent Lead Handover – Multiple Conditional Handovers Based on Goal

Configure different follow-up paths depending on each lead’s goal or conversation outcome.

Automates lead qualification and routes conversations to the right team or workflow, improving conversion accuracy.

🧠 Agent-Level – Global Agent Knowledge

Added a new Knowledge section at the Agent level. If Block-level data is missing, the Agent now automatically falls back to the global Agent-level configuration.

Ensures consistent and intelligent knowledge retrieval across all blocks.

🧑‍💼 Agent-Level – Global Agent Persona

Added a new Global Persona setting at the Agent level, allowing users to define a default persona shared across all Blocks.

When both Agent and Block personas exist, the AI now responds using both contexts for higher consistency and adaptability.

Simplifies persona management and ensures a unified brand tone across every conversation.

🛡️ Agent-Level – Global Agent Guardians

Introduce a Global Guardians setting at the Agent level that applies safety/guardrail policies across every Block and Agent. This ensures consistent knowledge retrieval across the Agent and prevents empty responses even when certain blocks lack data.

Delivers centralized, consistent safety and compliance without per-block setup.

🔐 PII Protection Controls

Business admins can now decide exactly which personal data (Email Address, Phone Number, First Name, Last Name) the Agent AI is allowed to capture, keeping your conversations compliant and privacy-friendly.

Helps companies meet data-protection standards and build user trust.

📚 Knowledge Prioritization by Source URL & User Context

Agents now prioritize and return responses based on the relevance of each knowledge source (e.g., imported website URLs, Drive files, or uploaded documents) and the current user context.

This means the AI dynamically ranks which content source should be referenced first — ensuring every answer is precise, contextual, and aligned with user intent.

Empowers businesses with higher answer accuracy, better personalization, and improved reliability for multi-source knowledge bases.

🔍 Agent – Missing Knowledge Detection

When the system detects a user question that the AI Agent cannot answer, the query is now automatically saved into a Missing Knowledge list.
From this list, users can review unhandled questions and convert them directly into new Q&A Knowledge items, assigning them to any Knowledge Base collection.
Enables continuous knowledge improvement by turning unanswered questions into reusable learning data.

Helps teams continuously improve AI accuracy by identifying content gaps in real time.

💬 Agent – Insert Snippet Variants into Core Fields

Agents can now directly reference and insert Snippet Variants (predefined message templates) into core messaging fields such as Greeting, Introduction, Fallback, and Closing messages.

This allows teams to maintain message consistency across campaigns while personalizing tone and content at scale.

Empowers marketing and support teams to manage conversational tone dynamically, improve reusability, and reduce manual text duplication.

📞 Lead – Classified Email Addresses & Phone Numbers

Leads can now manage multiple email addresses and phone numbers, each classified as Primary, Work, Personal, or Other.

Validation logic ensures all entries are unique, valid, and non-duplicated within the workspace, with clear inline errors and warnings when conflicts occur.

Improves data accuracy, user control, and visibility of contact information within the Lead system.

📧 Email Transcript – Send Conversations in Plain Text Format

Emails sent from Magicblocks can now include a plain-text transcript of the full chat session as an attachment.

The transcript lists the entire conversation history with timestamps and sender details in a clean, readable format.

Makes it easier for teams to review, share, and store chat conversations in a simple text file.

  • When selecting Display All Fields at Once, the entire form with all fields is shown together, allowing users to complete and review all inputs at once.

We’ve refreshed the Agent creation flow with a modern pop-up that appears from the “+ Create” icon — giving you clear, quick-start options in one place.

  • 🪄 Wizard – open the step-by-step setup on the same tab
  • ⚙️ Scratch – start from a blank Agent setup
  • 📁 Saved Template – instantly launch from an existing template

🧩 Key Fact – Enhanced Listening Logic and Block Selection

Updated the Key Fact listening system with a new “Listen for this fact across all blocks” control and a Block selection dropdown.

When the global option is unchecked, Key Facts listen only on selected or auto-added Blocks; when checked, they listen across all Blocks.

Provides clearer visibility, better flexibility, and precise control over how each Key Fact collects context across the Agent.

The Upload File component now supports SVG files in addition to JPEG, JPG, and PNG formats (max. 512 KB).
