Starter Blocks — Channel-level configuration (SMS & Chat)

Configure onboarding per channel by assigning a dedicated Starter Block for SMS and Chat. Channels without a channel-specific Starter Block will use the Agent default, ensuring consistent behavior while allowing channel-specific customization.

Starter Blocks — API

Allow passing Starter Block by Block Name via API. If the Block Name is empty or not found, fall back to the Agent default Starter Block.

Calendar — Cal.com

Enable agents to run a smooth, end-to-end Cal.com scheduling flow:

  • Connect to Cal.com via MCP on the Connections page, then select and authorize the right tools inside the Agent
  • Discovering available event types based on the user’s intent
  • Fetching open time slots (with timezone clarity)
  • Collecting and validating attendee details: Name, Email
  • Creating the booking in Cal.com and confirming the final details back to the user
  • Sending the calendar invite and confirmation email with full event details after the booking is confirmed

Calendar — Microsoft Outlook Calendar

Enable agents to run a smooth, end-to-end Outlook scheduling flow:

  • Connect to Microsoft Outlook via MCP on the Connections page, then select and authorize the right tools inside the Agent, then selecting and authorizing the right tools inside the Agent
  • Gathering the booking details in a single, guided flow (date/time, timezone, duration, title, attendees)
  • Creating the event in Outlook Calendar and verifying the final details
  • Confirming the booking with the user and syncing the calendar invite and event details

Opt-out & Subscription Control

AI-Powered Automation: Agents now recognize "Opt-out" intent. When a user expresses a desire to stop receiving messages, the system triggers an automatic Unsubscribe action, instantly halting all outbound communication.

Manual Admin Overrides: Manage subscription statuses directly within the Contacts page. Admins have the flexibility to manually toggle between Subscribed and Unsubscribed from a contact's detail view to handle specific requests or updates.


Improvements

Secure Contact Sync via GoHighLevel (GHL) OAuth

Connect to GoHighLevel more securely via the official OAuth 2.0 flow. This update replaces manual API Keys, providing a more stable and compliant connection for all Contact Transfers.

Relcu "Sync Lead Fields" Toggle

Choose your data depth with a new toggle in Relcu settings. Select Simple Handover for basic updates and summaries, or Full Lead Field Synchronization to map and update all contact fields automatically.

Updated Terms Of Conditions Acceptance

Display a mandatory Terms and Conditions modal with version tracking and scroll-to-accept validation to ensure users explicitly acknowledge the latest policy updates before proceeding.

Manual Google Knowledge Refetching

Update your data on demand. You can now manually trigger a Refetch of your Google Knowledge sources to ensure your AI Agent always operates with the most current information.

Modular Wizard Generation

Relcu Connection Integration

MagicBlocks now integrates with Relcu, a CRM platform used by mortgage and loan businesses to manage leads, contacts, and sales communications. Relcu can be connected from the Connections section in MagicBlocks using Relcu workspace credentials.

Magicblocks now keeps your Website Knowledge Collections up to date automatically.

Every Monday of the week, the system scans your sitemap to detect new, updated, or removed pages, and notifies you right from the Knowledge dashboard.

From the new Sitemap Changes panel, you can:

  • Instantly review all detected page changes,
  • Choose which sitemaps to track and which to ignore,
  • Update selected pages with a single click and even auto-generate new Q&As when content changes.

🪄 Wizard – Smarter Onboarding & Quick Agent Setup

The Magicblocks Wizard experience has been redesigned to make it faster and more intuitive for new users to create their first AI Agent.

Simplified Access:

  • The Wizard now appears only for new workspaces that haven’t created their first Agent yet.
  • Once the first Agent is created, the Wizard item is hidden from the master menu; users can still access it anytime through “Create Agent → Quick Agent Setup.”

New Signup Experience:

  • New users landing on Magicblocks can instantly drop their website URL and create an AI Agent in seconds.
  • The setup process runs smoothly in Light Mode and now redirects users directly to the Agent’s “Try My Agent” tab instead of the previous Wizard Complete page.
  • Here, users can test their Agent in real-time, watch quick-start videos, or start a free onboarding session — all in one place.

Free Trial Integration:

  • When clicking Go Live, new users are invited to start a 14-day free trial of the Standard Plan.
  • The system automatically handles the countdown, trial expiry, and subscription transition — ensuring a smooth upgrade path.

 

🧭 Aligned Header – A Cleaner, Unified Navigation Experience

The Magicblocks top navigation just got a major cleanup. We’ve simplified how you access your workspace settings, making it easier to find what you need — without the visual clutter.

  • Removed Topbar: The old topbar (with Theme, Language, Usage, and Profile buttons) has been removed for a more focused workspace view.
  • Profile Moved to Sidebar: The profile button now lives at the top of the Main Sidebar, right where you start — easier to access, consistent with the master menu layout.
  • Smart Workspace Popup: The Theme, Language, and Usage settings now live inside the Switch Workspace popup


⚙️ Agent Rules

The Agent Rules section has been upgraded from a single long text field to a clean, structured list view, giving builders more flexibility and clarity.
