The Agent Settings panel defines how your AI Sales Agent behaves, responds, and tracks conversions at a global level. It controls the essentials — where conversations start, how proactively the chat appears, what business goals you track, and how your Agent presents itself across your website.
When to Use
Use Agent Settings whenever you want to:
- Fine-tune how your Agent greets and engages visitors
- Set and track conversions that matter to your business
- Enable proactive chat behavior for higher engagement
- Organize and manage Agents with tags
- Connect analytics to measure performance
- Configure feedback collection
How It Works
Access Agent Settings
- Go to Agents in the left sidebar
- Select your Agent
- Under General, click Settings
Everything you adjust here applies across your entire Agent — no coding needed.
1 | Description
Add a note describing how or where this Agent was created.
Useful for teams managing multiple Agents.
Example:
“Created from https://epicintros.vip using MagicBlocks Wizard.”
2 | Tags
Tags help you categorize and filter your Agents — useful for analytics, A/B tests, or campaign organization.
Examples:
- sales
- demo
- support
- high-intent
3 | Select Start Block
Choose where every new conversation begins.
Examples:
- Start at Hook for immediate greetings
- Start at Align for returning users
- Start at Pitch for landing pages with strong intent
Choose the start point that best fits your funnel strategy.
4 | Feedback
Enable this to collect user feedback at the end of conversations.
Great for monitoring user satisfaction and improving Agent quality.
5 | Primary Conversion
Your Primary Conversion defines the main success metric for your Agent.
Common examples include:
- Session Scheduled
- Lead Captured
- Hook Engaged
- Human Handover
- Follow-Up Required
- Action Proposed
- Lead Created
Create a new goal
- Click + Create new
- Add:
- Goal name
- Conversion value ($)
- Tags
- Optional: Connect analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Click Create
Your Agent will begin tracking this across all sessions.
6 | Proactively Open Small Message
This feature displays a small teaser message — a friendly nudge to grab attention.
Options:
- Off: Only opens when users click the widget
- On: Auto-sends the first message after a short delay
- Delay Time: e.g., “Show after 2 seconds”
Example:
“Need help choosing a plan?”
7 | Proactively Open Full Chat Window
This forces the full chat widget to open automatically — the highest engagement option.
Settings:
- On/Off toggle
- Delay Time: When it pops open (e.g., 1 second)
- Display Options: Desktop, Mobile, or Both
Example:
Full chat opens 1 second after page load on desktop only.
