How to set it up

Go to your workspace in MagicBlocks.

Click Knowledge1

Click Create New and name your Playbook.2

Set up a Collection Name and select the Sales Playbook collection.34

Then click Create.5

Fill out each section with your benefits, objections, social proof, emotional drivers, CTAs, product highlights, pain points, and discovery questions. Click Save.6

When creating or editing an Agent, select your Sales Playbook from the dropdown.

Once connected, your AI will automatically use this Playbook to guide every conversation.
