1. How do I change or cancel my plan?
Go to Settings → Billing, then click Back to one of the plans you prefer.
Select your desired plan, and confirm to downgrade or upgrade.
Your new plan will take effect in the next billing cycle, and no extra charges will apply until then.
2. Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade directly from your Billing page. Changes apply at the next billing cycle.
2. What happens when I exceed my AI message limit?
Overage charges apply depending on your plan — $0.06 (Standard), $0.04 (Plus), or $0.02 (Pro).
3. Do all plans include integrations?
Yes, but the Free plan supports only chat. Paid plans include full channel integrations (chat, email, SMS, and API).
4. What’s the difference between Functions and Tasks?
Functions handle automated actions; Tasks manage multi-step processes like lead routing or data sync.
5. When will SOC2 and ISO Compliance be available?
They’re in progress — available soon for Plus and Pro users.
