Manually
Not all contacts come directly from your AI Agents — sometimes, you’ll want to add them yourself.
The Manual Contact Entry feature lets you quickly create or edit contacts inside the MagicBlocks Contacts dashboard.
This is perfect for adding new prospects, updating partial data, or combining offline and online contacts in one place.
When to Use
Use manual contact entry when you:
- Collect contacts offline (e.g. events or calls)
- Need to add details missing from an existing record
- Want to test automations with a sample contact
- Create a one-off contact for outreach or demo purposes
How to Add a Contact Manually
Go to Contacts → Overview.
Click ➕ Add Contact in the top-right corner.
Fill out the contact details, such as:
Name
Email / Phone
Goal or Campaign Source
Tags (e.g., “High Intent,” “Demo Request”)
Notes or custom fields
Click Save to create the record.
Your new contact appears instantly in the Contacts list and can be filtered, messaged, or exported like any other.
Editing Existing Contacts
To update or correct information:
- Click on any contact’s name in the list.
- Edit fields like email, tags, or goal manually.
- Click Save Changes.
Tip: Keep naming conventions consistent. For example, use “Demo Booked” rather than “Booked Demo” to standardize filters and reports.
