What is Knowledge?
Knowledge is what powers your AI Agent’s brain. Knowledge in MagicBlocks is the structured information that fuels your Agent’s understanding of your business — your products, pricing, brand tone, FAQs, and even objection-handling scripts.
When users ask questions, your Agent combines what’s stored in your Knowledge Collections with what’s embedded in the Sales Playbook and the AI model (like ChatGPT) to generate accurate, contextual, and conversion-ready responses, not just generic AI knowledge.
MagicBlocks uses Knowledge in two layers:

Types of Knowledge You Can Add
You can upload or create multiple types of content in MagicBlocks:

The Sales Playbook
The Sales Playbook is a special Knowledge set inside MagicBlocks that focuses on persuasive dialogue.
It’s designed to help your Agent sell, not just answer.
Each Playbook includes:
- Benefits Library — what makes your offer compelling
- Objection Handling — preloaded smart responses
- Social Proof — testimonials, awards, case studies
- Call-to-Action scripts — how to nudge a lead toward booking or buying
