</div>Embedding a code for an AI Agent on a website means adding a small piece of code (provided by us) into your website's HTML (which is the back-end code of a website that determines its layout and function).This code will allow the chatbot to appear and function on the website, where your visitors and potential customers can interact with it.<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr">How to embed a published Agent on your website</h2>Once you're happy with the Agent and how it's working, it's time to embed it on your website! You can add as many as you like. Make sure you add individual pages of a website rather than just the home page if you want the bot displayed on multiple pages6. Follow this guide to set up your Twilio SMS integration, specifically for users based in Australia.<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr">What You’ll Need</h2>• An email address • A mobile phone (for Twilio verification) • A payment method (optional, for full access)<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr">Step 1: Create a Twilio Account</h2>1. Go to <a href="https://www.twilio.com/try-twilio" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="LexTKB__link">https://www.twilio.com/try-twilio</a> 2. Fill in your details (Name, Email, etc.) 3. Click Start your free trial 4. Verify your email address (check your inbox) 5. Enter your phone number for SMS verification<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr">Step 2: Set Your Country to Australia</h2>1. After logging in, you’ll be asked a few onboarding questions. 2. Choose Australia as your country. 3. Select SMS as what you’re building. 4. Choose “With no code” or “With minimal code” (doesn’t matter for setup).<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr">Step 3: Get an SMS-Enabled Phone Number</h2>1. In the Twilio Console, go to Phone Numbers → Manage → Buy a Number • <a href="https://www.twilio.com/console/phone-numbers/search" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="LexTKB__link">Direct link to buy number</a> 2. Set the Country to Australia 3. Check the box for SMS 4. Click Search 5. Choose a number and click Buy Free trial accounts come with a trial balance. If needed, upgrade your account to purchase more numbers or remove restrictions.<h2 class="LexTKB__h2" dir="ltr">Step 4: Find Your Account SID &amp; Auth Token</h2>1.
