📘 Sales Playbook – Empower Your Agents with Smarter Selling Knowledge

Magicblocks introduces a brand-new Sales Playbook Collection — a dedicated knowledge base where your Agents can learn to sell smarter, answer objections, and highlight what makes your business unique.

The Sales Playbook helps teams organize key sales insights in one place and connects directly to your AI Agents, so every response aligns with your brand story and sales strategy.

• New Knowledge Type: “Sales Playbook” now appears as a separate Collection under Knowledge.
  You can create, edit, search, and manage Playbooks just like any other knowledge type.

  • When creating a new Agent through the Wizard, Magicblocks now automatically generates a Sales Playbook — using the selected Wizard template as its base.

When linked to an Agent, the Sales Playbook enriches the Agent’s main prompt — ensuring every interaction feels persuasive, relevant, and human-like.

If no Playbook is defined at the block level, the Agent automatically falls back to its global Playbook.

🌐 Website Knowledge – Automated Sitemap Change Detection

Magicblocks now keeps your Website Knowledge Collections up to date automatically.

Every Monday of the week, the system scans your sitemap to detect new, updated, or removed pages, and notifies you right from the Knowledge dashboard.

From the new Sitemap Changes panel, you can:

• Instantly review all detected page changes,
• Choose which sitemaps to track and which to ignore,
• Update selected pages with a single click and even auto-generate new Q&As when content changes.

A smart, hands-off way to keep your AI Knowledge fresh and relevant without ever manually re-syncing again.

• Simplified Left Menu: The Agent menu has been reorganized for clarity
• Try My Agent – A new quick-access space to preview and test your Agent right after creation.
• Journey – The new home for all your Blocks and flow logic.
• Basic & Advanced Mode Toggle: Easily switch between two modes depending on your needs:
• • Basic Mode – Focused and clean, showing only essential Agent fields.
  • Advanced Mode – Unlocks all customization and fine-tuning options. Your mode preference is remembered, and switching won’t reset any data

🪄 Wizard – Smarter Onboarding & Quick Agent Setup

The Magicblocks Wizard experience has been redesigned to make it faster and more intuitive for new users to create their first AI Agent.

Simplified Access:

• The Wizard now appears only for new workspaces that haven’t created their first Agent yet.
• Once the first Agent is created, the Wizard item is hidden from the master menu; users can still access it anytime through “Create Agent → Quick Agent Setup.”

New Signup Experience:

• New users landing on Magicblocks can instantly drop their website URL and create an AI Agent in seconds.
• The setup process runs smoothly in Light Mode and now redirects users directly to the Agent’s “Try My Agent” tab instead of the previous Wizard Complete page.
• Here, users can test their Agent in real-time, watch quick-start videos, or start a free onboarding session — all in one place.

Free Trial Integration:

• When clicking Go Live, new users are invited to start a 14-day free trial of the Standard Plan.
• The system automatically handles the countdown, trial expiry, and subscription transition — ensuring a smooth upgrade path.

🧭 Aligned Header – A Cleaner, Unified Navigation Experience

The Magicblocks top navigation just got a major cleanup. We’ve simplified how you access your workspace settings, making it easier to find what you need — without the visual clutter.

• Removed Topbar: The old topbar (with Theme, Language, Usage, and Profile buttons) has been removed for a more focused workspace view.
• Profile Moved to Sidebar: The profile button now lives at the top of the Main Sidebar, right where you start — easier to access, consistent with the master menu layout.
• Smart Workspace Popup: The Theme, Language, and Usage settings now live inside the Switch Workspace popup

⚙️ Agent Rules

The Agent Rules section has been upgraded from a single long text field to a clean, structured list view, giving builders more flexibility and clarity.

• List-Based Rules: Add each rule as a short, focused item (up to 150 characters) — easier to manage, reorder, and track.
• Drag & Drop Reordering: Arrange rules in the exact sequence your Agent should follow, the AI now reads and executes rules in order.
• Quick Add & Remove: Add new rules instantly with + New Rule or remove old ones with a simple confirmation — all in one click.

💼 Agent Jobs – Give Your AI a Clear To-Do List

The new Agent Jobs feature lets you define exactly what your AI should focus on. You can now create two powerful job types:

• General Jobs – guide how your Agent acts and responds in conversations.
• Collect Key Facts – help your Agent gather essential customer data automatically.

Reorder tasks by priority with simple drag-and-drop, and see them reflected instantly in both test and live versions.

Each job comes with a clear structure, editable content, and smart actions — so your Agents always stay aligned with your business goals.

🧠 Knowledge – Smarter Deletion Control

When deleting File or Website Knowledge, users now see a confirmation pop-up with the option to “Also delete associated Q&As.”

• The toggle is ON by default, removing both the Knowledge item and its related Q&As.
• Turn it OFF to delete only the Knowledge item while keeping existing Q&As.
  Gives users full control when cleaning up Knowledge without losing important training data.

🏷️ UX & Label Improvements

• Renamed “Blocks” → “Journey Blocks”
• Renamed “Guardians” → “Guardrails
• Auto-enabled QA Generation for Knowledge Base
• Polished minor UI labels and feedback texts
