Sessions — Advanced Filters

Upgraded Sessions filtering from a basic “field + value” filter to Advanced Filters, letting teams build complex queries with multiple conditions, groups, and AND/OR logic to quickly narrow down conversations.

Sessions — Export Sessions: Date Range (90-day limit)

Export Sessions now supports selecting a date range, with a 90-day maximum window (based on Session Start At) to protect system performance and prevent heavy, CPU-intensive export queries.

Relcu — Use MagicBlocks opt-out

Updated the Relcu integration to follow MagicBlocks opt-out rules (instead of contact-level opt-out), ensuring messaging and compliance behavior matches your workspace-wide preferences.

Contacts — Phone number country code

Previously, contact phone numbers did not include a dedicated country code field, so country codes were often missing. We’ve now added a country code field and save it alongside phone numbers to improve normalization and increase outbound SMS delivery success—especially for international contacts.

Contacts — Edit Phone Number and Email

Added a clearer edit (pencil) icon for Email & Phone fields so it’s obvious how to edit these values and what will be updated.

Contacts — No Consent status guidance

Clarified what No Consent means and surfaced clearer guidance before sending outbound messages, so teams understand the potential compliance risk and confirm intent before proceeding.
