Human Takeover — Chat Channel (Slack)
Enable instant Human Takeover for live Chat widget conversations via Slack.
- Take over with 1 action — AI stops responding immediately to prevent overlap and transfers the conversation to the integrated Slack channel.
- Reply in Slack — messages sync back to the Chat widget in real time (with clear attribution).
- Support Switch to AI (AI re-engages with full context) and End Chat behavior.
- Support does not transfer outside staff availability hours, then transfers again during working hours.
Availability
Define working hours, holidays, and reusable availability profiles so Human Takeover and other time-based actions run only when your team is actually available.
Pricing 2026
Introduced the new 2026 pricing model focused on predictable billing and outcome-based usage. Plans (what they mean):
Core: For smaller teams getting started with consistent lead engagement. Billing modes (choose one): Flat Monthly or Per Message
Scale: For growing teams needing higher included volume and lower unit costs. Billing modes (choose one): Flat Monthly or Per Message
Enterprise: For high-volume operators with custom terms and higher limits. Billing modes (choose one): Flat Monthly or Per Message
Billing modes (Core/Scale/Enterprise)
Flat Monthly (recommended for new workspace)
- Includes a monthly quota for Worked Leads, Non-Lead Web Chats, and Inactive Lead Outreach (Core/Scale/Enterprise).
- When usage exceeds the included quota, overage charges apply at the plan’s overage rates and are deducted from credits.
Per Message: Available by request (contact MagicBlocks to enable)
- Billed per AI message sent at the plan’s per-message rate (Core/Scale/Enterprise).
- A monthly minimum (floor) applies: if usage is below the floor, the floor still applies; if usage exceeds the floor, charges are (message count × rate).
Wholesale: Available by request (contact MagicBlocks to enable). For platform partners (CRMs, lead-gen platforms). All end-client usage rolls up to a single master account (not available to direct end-customers). Choose one billing model (not charged under both).
- Option A — Pay Per Message: $0.015 / message (no minimum, no cap)
- Option B — Per Unit (25% off Enterprise)
Additional workspaces: $10 / workspace / month (first workspace included).
Legacy workspaces: Existing workspaces on legacy plans remain grandfathered. Legacy plans bill under their existing legacy pricing, and feature restrictions are removed. Migrate to Pricing 2026 to move to the new Flat Monthly outcome-based model.

Sessions — Export Sessions (CSV / ZIP)
Export sessions from All Conversations that match the current filters/search.

Sales Playbook — Improve Character Count View
Improved the Sales Playbook editor character count: clearer placement and styling to reduce confusion and prevent showing internal (Rosie) icons in production.
Channel Handler Queues
Add multiple queues for sending high-volume messages without blocking other requests — Channel Handler now processes sends through multiple queues.

Agent
- Fixed “All Key Facts Found” to evaluate only the key facts actually asked on the executed condition path — so conditional fields no longer block downstream actions.
- Fixed an issue where publishing a template agent required selecting a Sales Playbook, even when no Sales Playbook was needed to publish an agent.
- Fixed Agent Starter questions not working.
- Fixed Save/Publish action working improperly.
- Fixed drag/drop issues for Block Key Facts.
Workspaces
- Fixed Profile account missing on Analyst’s workspace.
- Fixed internal server error when saving workspace changes
