# Handovers

**Handovers (Contact Transfer)** allow you to automatically send contact data from MagicBlocks into your preferred systems — such as CRMs (HighLevel, Hubspot), email, or via webhooks (Zapier), based on conversation goals or session end triggers.

Think of it as your AI agent’s way of saying, *“Hey, this one’s ready for human follow-up.”*

## **What It Does**

Handovers automate the process of pushing **qualified or contactable sessions** into your external systems when a defined event occurs, for example, when a contact books a meeting or finishes a conversation.

MagicBlocks supports multiple handover types so you can:

-   Send different data for each **goal** (e.g. *Meeting booked*, *Follow-up needed*, C*ontact captured*)
-   Trigger handovers **at session end** for all users who meet your criteria
