**1\. How do I change or cancel my plan?**  
Go to **Settings → Billing**, then click **Back to one of the plans you prefer**.  
Select your desired plan, and confirm to **downgrade or upgrade**.  
Your new plan will take effect in the **next billing cycle**, and no extra charges will apply until then.

**2\. Can I switch plans anytime?**  
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade directly from your Billing page. Changes apply at the next billing cycle.

**2\. What happens when I exceed my AI message limit?**  
Overage charges apply depending on your plan — $0.06 (Standard), $0.04 (Plus), or $0.02 (Pro).

**3\. Do all plans include integrations?**  
Yes, but the **Free plan** supports only chat. Paid plans include full channel integrations (chat, email, SMS, and API).

**4\. What’s the difference between Functions and Tasks?**  
Functions handle automated actions; Tasks manage multi-step processes like contact routing or data sync.

**5\. When will SOC2 and ISO Compliance be available?**  
They’re in progress — available soon for Plus and Pro users.
